Carl Quilliam (MCIPR)

Carl Quilliam (MCIPR) has a diverse range of work experience. Carl began their career in 2011 as a Policy Associate at LGiU (Local Government Information Unit). In 2012, they joined the Liberal Democrats as a Communications Officer - Candidates, where they provided governance support and led communication efforts for prospective and approved party candidates.
