Charles Cotton Fcipd

Charles Cotton FCIPD has extensive experience in performance and reward advisory, currently serving in this role at CIPD since October 2002. Prior to this position, Charles worked as an RO at IRS from 1999 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Economics and Economic and Social History from Aberystwyth University and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), complemented by foundational education at John Port School.
