Estelle Penrose

Estelle Penrose is an experienced legal professional and organizational leader, currently serving as the Leeds Geographical Chair for CIPD since September 2019 and as the Director of Resilient People Limited since March 2011. Previous roles include Regional Co-Ordinator for ISMA UK, Case Review Manager at the Independent Police Complaints Commission, and Solicitor and Team Manager at Beaumont Legal. Estelle began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Lister Croft Partnership and served as a Mentor and Trainer at Addleshaw Goddard. Estelle holds a Legal Practice Course qualification from the College of Law, York, with a focus on Employment Law and Business Law.
