Holly Ivins

Holly Ivins has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Holly started their career at Crimson Publishing as an Editorial Assistant, where they handled tasks such as proof-reading, research, and administrative work. Holly then progressed to the role of Junior Editor before becoming a Production Editor, overseeing the project management of book production.

Following their time at Crimson Publishing, Holly worked at Optimus Education as a Commissioning & Content Editor. In this role, they were responsible for planning, commissioning, and editing content for different educational hubs, including online and print articles, interviews, and webinars.

Currently, Holly is employed at CIPD, where they have held various positions since 2014. Holly began as an Online Content Editor, where they reviewed, developed, and updated content for online subscription products. Additionally, they managed social media accounts and worked on the organization's podcast series.

Holly then became a Law Content Analyst at CIPD, creating and curating employment law content. Holly also led a project to construct a new website providing advice on people management issues for small business owners.

Currently, in their role as a Reference Content Manager at CIPD, Holly leads a team in producing practical reference content for people professionals and managers. Holly is responsible for developing and maintaining a content plan, publishing strategy, and also serves as the content lead for wellbeing and employee relations content.

Holly Ivins completed their education at the University of St Andrews. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English. Later, in 2006-2007, they pursued further studies at the same university and achieved a Master's degree in Romantic Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Holly obtained an Introductory Certificate in The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification from the Association for Project Management in November 2014.
