Kate Hamilton

Kate Hamilton serves as the Deputy Chair of the Employment Advisory Board for the UK government and is the Founder & Director of Hambledon Insights Ltd. Since March 2021, Kate has held the position of Chair for the Surrey & North Hampshire Branch of CIPD. Kate's experience includes talent and events leadership as a board member at the City HR Association, and previously served as Chief People Officer for IQUW, Managing Director and Head of International HR at Guy Carpenter, and CHRO and Group HR Director at Novae. Earlier career positions include Regional HR Director at Jefferies and Regional Head of HR for Europe and Asia at Brown Brothers Harriman. Kate began a lengthy tenure at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Global HR Business Partner, contributing to various HR leadership roles spanning Asia Pacific. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Leeds Beckett University, and a BSc in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Huddersfield.
