Kerry Young

Kerry Young currently serves as Chair of the Labour & Skills Special Interest Group with INCA, focusing on promoting diverse talent in the telecommunications sector. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational change, Kerry held roles as Chief People Officer at both Vitrifi and AllPoints Fibre, shaping inclusive people and culture strategies. Additionally, Kerry contributed to academia as a sessional academic at the University of Sydney and Griffith University, teaching project management and human resource management. Past engagements include strategic change leadership at Qantas and managing significant transformation programs at TAFE NSW and Griffith University. Kerry’s qualifications include multiple degrees and diplomas in human resources, psychology, and financial services.
