Louise R.

Louise R. has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Louise began their career at Coopers & Lybrand as an Auditor, where they worked with manufacturing and retail clients and eventually managed small audit teams. In 1996, they joined PwC and took on various roles, including Audit Software Team member, where they were involved in testing, documentation, and training strategy for the audit software. Louise then became an Audit Software Product Manager, managing the implementation and ongoing development of the firm's audit software across the Assurance practice. Louise also served as a Product Area Leader for Audit & Methodology Tools, managing the budget and driving UK change in the global toolset. In 2006, they became the Business Requirements Manager, gathering and documenting business requirements for a global audit software project and performing business process modeling for an Office of General Counsel systems replacement project. Louise later became the Business Analysis Leader, leading a team of 20 business analysts and managing their deployment onto value-add projects. During their time at PwC, they held leadership positions such as Business Technology Leader for People Systems UK IT and Business Support Leader for Assurance South East, where they supported the largest and most complex Assurance BU and set the strategic direction for the BU. In 2019, Louise joined Ufulu Malawi Ltd as a Board Trustee. Louise is currently working at CIPD as the IT Product Management Lead and IT Change and Transformation Manager. Overall, Louise's work experience demonstrates their expertise in IT product management, change management, leadership, and business analysis.

Louise R. has a strong education background in accountancy and related areas. Louise attended The Henley College from 1988 to 1990 and obtained A levels in Maths, Physics, History, and Accountancy Studies. Following that, they pursued further studies at the University of Exeter from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Accountancy Studies.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Louise R. attended ICAEW from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) and specialized in the field of Accountancy.

In addition to their formal education, Louise R. has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Louise completed a course titled "Business Analysis" at ISEB in August 2006. More recently, they obtained the certifications of "Agile PM Practitioner" and "Change Management Practitioner" from APMG International in October and December 2018, respectively. Louise also completed courses on "Cybersecurity at Work" and "Learning Cloud Computing: Public Cloud Platforms" through LinkedIn in November 2020 and April 2021, respectively.
