Megan Armstrong

Megan Armstrong, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is currently a People Advisor at James Cropper plc, a leader in advanced materials and paper products with a global presence. Megan has also served as a Communications Lead and Student Engagement Lead in volunteer roles for the CIPD Branch in Cumbria, focusing on enhancing professional development and networking for over 750 members. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Lead and Group HR Administrator at BSW Group, a leading forestry and timber company, as well as a Recruitment Administrator at the Edinburgh Woollen Mill. Megan's early career included managing accounts for the luxury fragrance brand Guerlain. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and ongoing training in Coaching Professional Level 5.
