Paul Gauci

Paul Gauci is a distinguished academic and business professional with extensive experience in education and training. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Central Mediterranean Business School and University of Malta, along with a Tutor role at Henley Business School – University of Reading, Paul has a strong track record in academic instruction. Paul is also actively involved as a member of the Judging Panel for the Best in Business Awards at Dynamic Events Malta and holds the title of Chartered Fellow at CIPD. Previous roles include a Former Executive Head at Bank of Valletta plc and mentoring young leaders through the Queen Elizabeth II Young Leaders Programme at the University of Cambridge. Paul holds an M.Ed in Training and Development from The University of Sheffield and a B.A. (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Malta. Additionally, Paul served as Chairperson of the Training Committee for Mediterranean Bank Network from 2000 to 2006.
