Simon Graham

Simon Graham is an experienced professional in the field of learning and qualifications, currently serving as the Head of Qualifications at CIPD since January 2020. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Learning, Education and Qualification Specialist at a consultancy from February 2019 to January 2020. Simon's extensive experience at the Chartered Insurance Institute spanned from January 2003 to February 2019, where roles included Director of Learning and Assessment and Head of Learning Solutions. Earlier in the career, Simon worked at Norwich Union (Aviva) in various Training and Academy Management positions from April 1995 to January 2003. Simon holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester, earned between 1990 and 1994.
