Vivien Struthers

Vivien Struthers is a Senior Employer Solutions Manager at CIPD since April 2022, where the focus is on enhancing the partnership between organizations and their HR/L&D professional body to raise industry standards and drive revenue. Prior to CIPD, Struthers held roles as Operations Director and Regional Director at Bright Horizons, contributing to the organization’s mission of supporting families and employers through innovative childcare programs. As the Founder and Managing Director of Vertonomy, strategic consulting was provided to foster leadership alignment and organizational culture transformations. Experience also includes serving as Head of Client Solutions at Parity Professionals, and various managerial roles at Elmfield Training, Sport and Dance Holdings, Lifestyle Services Group, IPS Learning, and Sabre Travel Network. Struthers holds educational qualifications from Stanford University and Duke University.
