João Dias

João Dias is a seasoned Cyber Security Engineer at Cipher, with experience as a SOC Analyst across multiple levels since June 2020, specializing in incident response, threat hunting, and security infrastructure management. Prior experience includes an internship at Dognædis and leadership as President of the Photography Section at the University of Coimbra. Previous internships were completed at CHUC - Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra and Grincop. João holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia Informática with a focus on Networks and Systems Administration from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra and a specialization in Cyber Threat Hunting from Cybereason. Educational background also includes a technological specialization in Networks and Systems Maintenance from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra, along with secondary education in Computer Management from Instituto Vaz Serra.
