Harley Sugarman

Harley Sugarman is the Founder & CEO of Cipher, with previous experience as a Founder at Enigma and an Investor at Bloomberg Beta. Earlier in their career, Harley worked as a Media Infrastructure Engineer at NBCUniversal Media, LLC and as a Music Video Producer at Hybris Records. Harley also founded Dwellers (now Yup Technologies) as the CTO, and interned as a Product Manager at RightScale. Harley holds a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Information Track).
