Emma-Louise Jones

Emma-Louise Jones currently serves as the Digital PR Manager at Ciphr, a UK-based provider of HR software and solutions, since July 2021. Previously, Emma-Louise volunteered as PR & Comms support for Women in Exhibitions and worked as a Freelance News & Content Producer for Direct Commerce Magazine & Direct Commerce Association. From June 2007 to October 2020, Emma-Louise held the position of Head of PR & Communications at Diversified Communications UK, where responsibilities included overseeing an in-house PR team and managing communications for a diverse portfolio of industry trade shows. Emma-Louise began their career as a PR Executive and later as a Marketing Executive/Copyright, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Aberystwyth University in 1997.
