Gil Shevach

Gil Shevach has extensive experience in product management and software development. Gil has held various roles in companies such as Cipia, Parallel Wireless, Valens, Marvell Israel Ltd., Exanet, OmegaBand, Lucent - WaveAccess, and Motorola Semiconductor.

At Cipia, Gil currently holds the position of Director of Product Management and Product Manager. Gil started in November 2020 and continues to date.

Prior to Cipia, Gil worked at Parallel Wireless as a Product Manager from December 2019 to November 2020.

Before that, they were a Product Manager at Valens from January 2018 to December 2019. There, they were responsible for the first generation of HDBaseT automotive products and was involved in all product development phases.

Gil had a long tenure at Marvell Israel Ltd, where they held multiple roles. From August 2009 to January 2018, they worked as a Product Manager and Software Architect, heavily involved in all product development phases. Gil also served as a Projects Manager and Software Team Leader from 2005 to 2018, and as a Senior Software Developer from an unspecified date in 2002 to December 2004.

Gil'searlier experiences include being a Senior Software Engineer at Exanet from 2001 to 2002, where they implemented the InfiniBand protocol, and a Software Team Leader at OmegaBand in 2001, involved in the development of an innovative InfiniBand switch.

Gil started their career at Lucent - WaveAccess in 1999, where they held the roles of Product Manager, Project Manager, and R&D Team Leader. Gil was responsible for developing a WLAN Access Point and adding web access and new features to the device.

Before Lucent - WaveAccess, Gil worked as a Software Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor from 1997 to 1999.

Gil Shevach earned a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Handesaim School near Tel Aviv University in the period from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel from 1993 to 1998. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tel Aviv University between 1998 and 2003.
