Yalon Traktorshik

Yalon Traktorshik has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 with a role as a Civil Technician in the Israeli Air Force. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at RED-C Optical Networks Ltd as a Test Engineer and then as a Testing Lab Team Leader, specializing in planning, debugging, and testing complex optical amplifiers. Yalon then joined Finisar Corporation as a Production Control Manager, overseeing a team of Test Engineers and production workers. In 2015, Yalon worked at Ifat Technology as a Production Line Manager, responsible for managing staff, planning production schedules, and supervising industrial processes. Since 2016, they have been working at Cipia, starting as a QA Data Acquisition Tester and progressing to roles such as Data Team Leader, Data Team Manager, and currently serving as a Senior Data Team Manager. In these positions, Yalon is responsible for managing and directing data teams, overseeing data-related activities, mentoring and training team members, and managing data projects from beginning to end.

Yalon Traktorshik attended The Open University of Israel from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in social science with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. During the same period, they also studied at iNT college - Institute of Innovation & Technology, specializing in Master QA. In addition, between 2002 and 2004, Yalon Traktorshik attended ORT Colleges, where they obtained a practical Engineer degree, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
