Kiran Varanasi has over 14 years of experience in the field of software engineering. kiran began their career in 2006 as a Member of Technical Staff at Merit System Pvt Limited, where they were responsible for implementation of middle layer in Order Management System Project, implementation of Jasper Reports and GUI development for different modules in the project, as well as requirement gathering and customer interaction. In 2008, they moved to Razorsight as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in implementation of CABS and SECABS formats, requirement and analysis of OBM, MTS and SASKTEL file formats, and design and implementation to scale OBM, MTS and SASKTEL file formats of large size. In 2010, Kiran joined Bally Technologies as a Lead Analyst, where they were responsible for design and implementation of product features, identification of product performance and providing solutions to scale, and coordination and support for various internal and external teams. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at DataRPM as Technical Architect and Principal Engineer, where they were responsible for building DataLake using big data stack to make data ready for analysis in quick time, automation and improvement of cognitive predictive maintenance workflow process for big data scale, and building Meta learning for machine learning models and transfer learning. Since 2020, they have been working at CIPIO.ai as Director of Engineering.

Kiran Varanasi's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pondicherry University, obtained between 2005 and 2007, in the field of Human Resource. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Sir CRReddy college of Engineering,Eluru, between 2001 and 2005, in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. kiran also attended Pondy, though no degree or field of study is specified.
