Shivani Kushwaha is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Cipla Health Ltd. Prior to this role, Shivani co-founded Ishnoor, an online D2C brand specializing in handcrafted clothing, which successfully achieved breakeven within 3 months of its launch. With experience in various companies such as Mobile Premier League, Korn Ferry, and FactSet, Shivani has a strong background in people strategy, development, consulting, and product management. Shivani holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
