Ashok Saini

Ashok Saini is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Head at Cipla since November 2024, overseeing a $110M business across six therapy areas and leading a 1500+ member team. Previously, Saini held the position of Commercial Director at Abbott from January 2020 to November 2024, managing diverse business units with a combined P&L responsibility of US$135M and leading a team of over 1100 professionals. Earlier roles include Marketing Manager at Eisai Inc. India, Product Manager at Torrent Pharma Inc., and Deputy Manager at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, focusing primarily on oncology and CNS products. Saini holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Technology and Science, Ghaziabad, and a Master's degree in Mathematics from MMH College, India.
