Balaji Venkatesan

Balaji Venkatesan is currently serving as Manager of Global Supply Chain Management - PMO at Cipla since June 2023, after completing a Management Trainee stint in the ALIVE Young Managers Program. Balaji has recommended strategies to enhance CSR funding for NGO partners and proposed operational changes to improve manufacturing efficiency. Additionally, market surveys among specialists contributed to identifying brand growth challenges. Prior experience includes a Summer Internship in Supply Chain Analytics at Cipla, a Live Project at iQ Innovation Hub focused on Cognitive RPA, and industrial training at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. Balaji holds a PGDIE in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
