Khushnam Shroff has extensive experience in executive assistance, currently serving as the EA to the MD & Global CEO at Cipla since July 2016, where responsibilities include calendar management and logistical arrangements. Prior to Cipla, Khushnam held the position of Senior Administration Assistant at Janssen Pharmaceuticals for over 15 years, supporting the Vice President and Regional Commercial TA Lead with scheduling, travel coordination, and appointment management across multiple time zones. Earlier roles included Executive Assistant positions at Org Marg Pvt. Ltd. and Madison Communications Pvt. Ltd., focusing on schedule management and administrative support. Khushnam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Jaihind College and an Executive Secretarial Diploma from Sir JJ College of Commerce.
