Johann Bloem

Johann Bloem has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Johann started their career in 2009 as a Pharmacist at the Department of Correctional Services. In 2011, they joined Medscheme, where they held various roles including Specialist in the Health Policy Unit and Senior Specialist in Healthcare Provider Operations and Network Support. In 2020, they joined Cipla South Africa as an Associate Director of Market Access Manager and later became the Director of Head of Market Access.

Johann Bloem completed their Matriculation degree at Jeugland High School from 1998 to 2002. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree at North West University from 2003 to 2006. Later, Johann enrolled in North West University again, this time for a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree, focusing on Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmaceutical Economics, and Pharmacoepidemiology. Johann completed their master's from 2007 to 2009.
