In 2001, they enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and completed the ACA program, specializing in Accounting, in 2005.
During the same period, from 2001 to 2003, they also attended Lagos City Polytechnic, Ikeja, where they pursued a HND in Accountancy.
In 2006, Edward Dunkwu returned to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria to undertake the Certification in International Financial Reporting, which they completed in 2017.
In 2007, they pursued an MBA program in Financial Management at Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U), which they successfully completed in 2010.
