Folu' Rotimi is a seasoned professional in human resource management with extensive experience in leading people operations, culture, and strategy at ROFOD Resources Limited since October 2020. With a background that includes roles such as Group Head of Human Resources at Lani Group and HR Manager at both Woolworths and LogistiQ Xpeditors Ltd., Folu' has a proven track record in setting up HR units, developing strategies aligning with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Additionally, Folu' serves as a tutor in the HR faculty at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, facilitating advanced HR learning interventions.
