Udeme Umoh, HRPL, SPHRi, MCIPM, MITD, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Notore Chemical Industries PLC, overseeing the implementation of HR programs, disciplinary policies, and budget management for the Fertilizer Plant subdivision since March 2019. With a strong background in human resources, Udeme has held various roles including Program Facilitator at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria since July 2012, HR Manager at Boskel Nigeria LTD, Manager of Outsourcing at Oilserv LTD, and Senior Consultant for HR and Learning & Development from February 2017 to March 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Officer at HR Network Africa and in multiple roles at UAC from 1999 to 2008, emphasizing performance management and recruitment.
