Titilayo Akisanya

Titilayo Akisanya has extensive work experience as a CEO and Owner of ThetaAlpha Consults Limited since 2011. Titilayo focuses on leadership coaching, change management, executive development, and talent acquisition. In 2007, they also worked as the Human Resources Director-CPS Africa at Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited. Additionally, they are currently serving as the Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria since 2019.

Titilayo Akisanya completed their M.A. in Organisational Communication at New York University from 1982 to 1983.
