Titilayo focuses on leadership coaching, change management, executive development, and talent acquisition. In 2007, they also worked as the Human Resources Director-CPS Africa at Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited. Additionally, they are currently serving as the Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria since 2019.
