Xu Yang

Xu Yang is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Ctrl IQ, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, Xu Yang was employed as a Back End Developer at PayPay Corporation from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they worked as an Intern at Preferred Networks, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as Manager at \u82b1\u65d7 from 2016 to 2019, responsible for integrating ELK Suite to current online applications in order to collect, process and analyze application logs, and developing the Storm Platform. After that, from 2013 to 2016, they were a Software Engineer at TravelSky Technology Limited and developed a message queue middleware based on ActiveMQ and a real-time flight fare calculation system for B2C online trading system of China Eastern Airline Co. In 2011, they were a Visitor at Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Xu Yang started their education journey in 2006 when they attained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Xu further continued their studies at the same university and obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2008. Xu then obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2013. Ultimately, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Distributed Computing, Bioinformatics from The University of Tokyo in 2021. Additionally, Xu Yang also obtained Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2014.
