Monica Mondardini (Cesena, 1960) has been the Chief Executive Officer of CIR since May 2013.
She graduated in Statistical and Economic Sciences from the University of Bologna.
She carried out his professional activity in the publishing and financial sectors and gained important experience abroad, and spent nine years in France and eleven years in Spain.
She began her career in 1985 in the Fabbri Publishing Group, participating in an international development project, which in 1989 brought her to Spain.
In 2006, she received from the Comites of Madrid the "Targa all'Italianità", reserved for Italians residing in Spain who have given prestige to their country. In 2014 she was awarded by the French Embassy in Rome and by the French Chamber of Commerce in Italy as the economic personality of the year in relations between the two countries. In 2016 she was awarded the title of Knight of the Legion of Honor.
