Ema Bilbija Zulic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ema started their career in 1996 as a Customer Service Supervisor at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service - AAFES, where they remained until 2000. During their time there, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and supervised a team in delivering excellent customer service.

In 2000, Ema transitioned to the role of Operations Office Assistant at AAFES, where they contributed to the smooth operation of the office. Ema handled administrative tasks and ensured efficient workflow.

From 2001 to 2005, Ema held the position of Administrative Manager at AAFES. In this role, they excelled by providing contract administration for all Exchange Bosnian Associates and performing secretarial duties. Ema demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills while working under the supervision of the General Manager.

In 2005, Ema became the Services Business Manager Assistant at AAFES, where they reviewed personal services, commodity, and direct and contracted vending and concession operations for compliance with the organization's objectives and policies. Ema also provided contract administration and resolved customer issues.

Their next career move was to KBR, where they worked as a Procurement Specialist from 2007 to 2009. In this role, Ema demonstrated their expertise in procurement and ensured that the company's purchasing requirements were met efficiently.

In 2014, Ema joined itrezzo, Inc as a Customer Support Engineer, where they had the opportunity to work with customers and potential customers. Ema played a key role in installing and configuring itrezzo servers and providing online support. Ema also contributed to testing new releases and reporting bugs back to developers and the CTO. Ema took pride in working for a company that developed software for intelligent data syncing.

Currently, Ema works at Cira Apps Ltd as a Customer Support Engineer and recently assumed the position of Customer Success Team Manager in August 2022. Their role involves managing a team and ensuring customer success.

Ema Bilbija Zulic pursued their undergraduate education from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they attended two universities: the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the State University of New York. At the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ema obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Information Technology and Digital Economy. Simultaneously, they also studied at the State University of New York, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology, specializing in Information Technology.
