Gina Rens

Gina Rens is an experienced professional in operations and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and previously as Director of Administration and Human Resources Manager at CIRANDA Inc. since April 2018. At Summit Orthopedics, from February 2008 to October 2017, Gina oversaw HR, Credentialing, and Training for a rapidly growing clinical practice with over 600 employees across 14 locations, managing significant departmental budgets. Prior to that, Gina established the first Human Resources Department at Citizens State Bank, supporting strategic planning for a financial organization with 75 employees in 8 locations. Gina's early career included a recruiting internship at Stillwater Medical Group and Lakeview Hospital. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
