Lottie Rugg

Lottie Rugg is a software engineer with extensive experience across the full-stack, particularly in React and Java, having worked at Cirata from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this role, Lottie held positions as a Junior Software Engineer and as a Software Developer in training at EyUp, where foundational coding skills were developed along with certification as a Scrum Master. Lottie has also held various fundraising and development roles, including Corporate Fundraising Manager at Speakers for Schools and Development Manager at Ministry of Stories, focusing on partnership management and digital fundraising strategies. Lottie’s educational background includes a Full Stack Software Developer qualification from iO Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre from The University of Sheffield.
