Nicholas McLaughlin

Nicholas McLaughlin serves as the Head of FP&A at Cirba Solutions, where responsibilities include establishing the FP&A department and mentoring a team of financial analysts. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Director of Corporate FP&A at Proterra Inc, focusing on developing FP&A processes and implementing financial planning software. Earlier roles included Plant Controller at Honeywell, advising on financial strategies, and Cost Accountant at Harsco Metals & Minerals, managing costs across multiple sites. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
