Tyler Kuhl

Tyler Kuhl is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Head of FP&A at Leap since October 2025, Tyler previously held roles including Senior FP&A Manager at Kreate and Manager of FP&A at New Western. With a strong background at Truckstop.com and ZS, Tyler has demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, financial modeling, and KPI development to drive substantial revenue growth and improve budgeting processes. Tyler's earlier experience includes significant roles at Kraft Heinz, Muller Quaker Dairy, PepsiCo, and DRW, where responsibilities ranged from managing budgets to leading financial reviews and training sessions. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a finance concentration from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business.
