FARID GHADERI

Farid Ghaderi has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and construction industry. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Circ™, where they lead facility site selection, coordinates communications for multiple engineering projects, and oversees maintenance and engineering services. Previously, they worked at AdvanSix as the Turnaround Director and Capital Construction and Project Controls Manager, where they executed strategies to promote construction management best practices and achieved significant business growth. FARID also served as the General Manager, China & Asia Pacific at Honeywell UOP, where they implemented strategies for revenue growth and provided training to the sales team. Prior to that, they were the Project Director, Performance Materials & Technologies at Honeywell, where they directed a large team and managed budgets for capital and operating expenses. FARID also held leadership positions at Dow Performance Silicones, including Global Engineering Center Managing Director and Reliability Engineering & Maintenance Services Manager. Throughout their career, Farid has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver significant cost savings.

Farid Ghaderi has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, they have pursued graduate studies in Business Administration at Bellarmine University. Farid also holds a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Honeywell and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
