Iulian Bobe

Iulian Bobe, PhD is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Circ™, a company that focuses on developing economic solutions to address ecological challenges. Previously, Iulian was the Managing Director & Co-founder at Old Dominion University and the Director of International Business Development at NanoCarrier Ltd. As a Scientist, Iulian worked on developing various micelle formulations and co-invented several products. Iulian holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Osaka Prefecture University.
