Kaushik Vashee, P.E.

Kaushik Vashee, P.E. has over 30 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Kaushik began their career in 1991 as a Process Engineer at Hickson DanChem, where they eventually became the Director of Technology. In 2001, they moved to Polycarbon Industries as the Director of Commercial Development. In 2002, Kaushik joined Innospec Inc. as the Director of Engineering and Operations Manager. In 2010, they became the Principal at zikSa Ltd. and the VP Manufacturing at InChem Rock Hill, LLC. In 2019, Kaushik was appointed VP Engineer and New Product Development at DanChem Technologies, Inc. and in 2021 they became VP New Product Development at Ascent Chemicals. Most recently, Kaushik was appointed SVP Manufacturing at Circ™ in 2022.

Kaushik Vashee, P.E. completed their MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University from 1982 to 1986. Kaushik also attended Christian Brothers College - Bulawayo from 1972 to 1977. Furthermore, Kaushik Vashee, P.E. holds two Professional Engineer (PE) certifications from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
