Amanda Richards

Amanda has always been a people person, but it wasn’t until her senior year at Penn State that she discovered the thrilling amalgamation of people and business strategy known as Human Resources. Rather than changing course to pursue her HR dream at PSU, she finished an Arts program and went on to pursue a double master’s at Rutgers University, graduating with an M.S. in Human Resource Management and an M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations. Amanda’s professional career began at KPMG Peat Marwick, where she quickly discovered her ambition to make more of a hands-on difference. Ultimately, she left the “Big Four” to drive HR strategy for several smaller technical companies, eventually settling into a role guiding companies of various sizes and industries as an HR Consultant. And that is when fate intervened. In 2015, Amanda was introduced to Circa Healthcare and officially joined the team in 2018, relishing the opportunity to work with a creative, kind, and forward-thinking group of people. When she’s not working to further inspire the Circa Healthcare team, Amanda enjoys karate, skiing, and wrangling her 2 children.
