Neville Webb has diverse work experience in different industries. Neville began their career in 1994 as a Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. After that, Neville worked as an Associate Attorney at three different law firms, including Smith Phillips Mitchell and Scott, Holcomb Dunbar, and McDavid & Associates. In 2009, they transitioned to the field of IT as a Senior Helpdesk Consultant at the University of Mississippi IT Helpdesk. Neville then joined FNC in 2012, where they started as an Associate Software Developer before becoming a Software Developer I. In 2016, they joined Circadence as a QA Engineer and later became a Systems Engineer II.

Neville Webb pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Millsaps College, from 1990 to 1994. Neville then went on to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law, where they completed their Juris Doctor degree from 1999 to 2002. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Neville embarked on a Masters program in Computer and Information Science at the University of Mississippi.
