Phil Bolger

Phil Bolger serves as the Vice President of Federal Services at Circadence since January 2018, overseeing the Cyber Protect Brigade training platform and the PEO STRI Cyber Initiative Challenge. Prior to this role, Phil Bolger spent 25 years at Parsons Government Services Inc. as Program Director and Vice President, managing a business unit focused on systems engineering, lifecycle support, and intelligence analysis, with responsibilities for over 200 employees and annual sales of $50 million. Phil Bolger began the career in the United States Air Force, serving as a Captain from October 1984 to December 1992 at NORAD. Phil Bolger holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona, completed in 1984.
