Daisy Gao

Daisy Gao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daisy has held positions in various industries such as consulting, hospitality, and higher education. Their most recent role was as the People & Culture Lead for Circana, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were with IRI Asia Pacific as the People & Culture Lead from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at IRI as a People and Culture Senior Business Partner. Daisy also gained experience in consultancy and advisory roles at Deloitte and Australian National University. Daisy started their career with internships in human resources, marketing, and public relations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in human resource management, organizational change, performance management, and training facilitation.

Daisy Gao attended UNSW from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Their field of study included Services Marketing - Tourism & Hospitality, Human Resource Management, and Marketing.
