Holly Johnson Knightly

Holly Johnson Knightly has significant work experience in finance and leadership roles. Holly is currently the EVP - Global Finance, Performance, and Transformation at Circana since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President - Global Finance at Circana from July 2020 to September 2023. Holly also worked as the Chief Financial Officer - Interim at Circana from October 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Circana, Holly worked at James Hardie Building Products from 2014 to 2020, where they held various finance positions including Senior Director Finance - North America Commercial and Senior Director Finance - Global Financial Planning & Analysis. Holly also has experience as a Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis at James Hardie Building Products. Prior to that, Holly worked at GE as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Senior Commercial Finance Analyst from 2010 to 2014. Holly began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Financial Analyst and later served as a Senior Internal Controls Analyst and Global Cost Accounting & Systems Analyst.

Holly Johnson Knightly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Miami University between 2002 and 2006.
