Kristen Fleming

Kristen Fleming is a seasoned professional in analytics and category management with extensive experience in global client engagement and strategic analytics. Currently, Kristen works at Circana as a Global Analytics Client Engagement specialist since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at IRI from 2015 to March 2023, including Strategic Analytics Engagement and Team Leader/Solution Design Consultant. Kristen has also contributed to Constellation Brands as Category Channel Director from 2013 to 2015, and held managerial roles at companies such as Mars, Colgate Palmolive, Coors Brewing Company, Gillette, General Mills, and The Hershey Company. Kristen holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
