Sarah Harris

Sarah Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations client service and client success management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Operations Client Service at Circana since March 2023, Sarah previously held a similar role at The NPD from July 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included directing North American client success for mid-market and enterprise clients and implementing operational scaling strategies. Earlier roles at The NPD included Director of Operations Client Services and Transformation Strategist for Operations Client Service Europe, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and streamlining service models. Sarah's career began at SmartSimple Software Inc as Director of Client Support and Operations, where significant improvements in client satisfaction metrics were achieved. Educationally, Sarah holds a Hon B.A. in Bioethics, Religion, Semiotics and Communication from the University of Toronto, along with a Project Management certificate.
