Samuel Isaacs has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Samuel began their career in 2011 as a freelance creative, offering digital marketing, design, development, and consultancy services. In 2014, they joined the OYAP Trust charity as a Digital Arts Facilitator, running workshops for teenagers. Samuel also founded yWe Media in 2011, where they served as the Founder and Managing Director of Radio Bicester Media C.I.C., transforming the local media landscape in Bicester.

In 2016, Samuel joined Global Radio as a Media Executive but left shortly after due to a mismatch with their previous experience. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Firstcom Europe, initially as a Digital Marketing Executive and later as the Head of Digital, overseeing the company's digital and marketing strategy.
