Edmund Vasquez

Edmund Vasquez serves as the Director of the Global Services & Solutions Organization at Extreme Networks since August 2019, also chairing La Raza @ Extreme, a Latino and Hispanic employee resource group focused on inclusion and community networking. Previously held the positions of Senior Manager for Customer Success & Cloud Renewals and Program Manager for Client Services at Extreme Networks. Prior to this, Edmund worked as a Customer Success & Cloud Renewals Manager at Ex, a Senior Manager of the Renewal Program at Aerohive Networks, and managed North America Renewals at Hitachi Data Systems. Additional experience includes serving as Global Business Operations Director at Intel Security, facilitating operational improvements, and a Senior Manager in Sales Operations and Customer Service at Cisco Systems. Early career roles included Manager of International Inside Sales at Raychem Corporation and Senior Call Center Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Edmund earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from San José State University and an Associate Arts degree in Psychology from San Joaquin Delta Community College.
