Guido Van Dyck began their work experience in 1991 as a SW engineer and GSM system expert at Siemens. Guido then worked as a project manager for international GSM projects from 1994 to 1998. In 1999, they became a business development manager, focusing on the development of UMTS business cases in the Belgian market. From 2001 to 2002, they served as the head of technical sales support, leading a team of experts supporting project acquisition in Belgium and Africa. In 2003, Guido became the business unit manager at Siemens, where they headed a team of 25 people and managed a yearly business volume of 20 - 25 million euros. Guido worked in this role until 2007. Guido then joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a senior account manager, and later became the head of managed services for North & Central Africa. In 2010, they began working at Ericsson as a key account manager until 2015. Since 2015, Guido has been working at Circet Benelux, starting as a key account manager and currently serving as the sales director.
Guido Van Dyck obtained a Master's degree in Applied Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, studying from 1981 to 1986. Guido also pursued courses in Account Management, People Management, and Financial Management at Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School from 2001 to 2006. In 2012, they attended the London Business School for a program called "Leading the Growth Program." Additionally, Guido studied Civil Engineering at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, although the specific dates for this degree are not provided.
