Jamie Downie

Jamie Downie is a seasoned transport and logistics professional with a strong background in fleet management and heavy haulage. Currently serving as a Transport Supervisor at Circet IRE & UK since December 2020, Jamie oversees a fleet of over 600 vehicles, managing maintenance, invoicing, and operational tasks across a broad geographical area from Shetland Islands to Manchester. Prior experience includes a role as Logistics Supervisor and Mechanical Transport Coordinator/Supervisor in the Royal Air Force from September 2009 to January 2021, where Jamie developed and implemented strategic plans for long road moves and effectively managed company assets through database monitoring. Jamie's educational foundation was established at Wellington Academy from 2001 to 2006.
