Arturo Setim

Arturo Setim is a seasoned Radio Frequency Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Field Testing at Circet USA since September 2025, Arturo has previously worked at Further Enterprise Solutions from May 2022 to September 2025 and as an RF Field 4G/5G Engineer at Network Performers Solutions between April 2018 and May 2022. In these roles, responsibilities included conducting surveys, integrating LTE nodes, and performing Drive Test and Walk Test analyses for optimization. Prior experience also includes serving as an RF Field Engineer and Drive Test Engineer at Ekspresa from June 2013 to April 2018, where Arturo focused on network quality assessments and data collection. The career began in October 2012 at DUMA Engineering Group in Belgium, contributing to technological advancements in military vehicle design. Arturo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de la Fuerza Armada, attained between March 2005 and August 2011.
