Mariam Barakat

Mariam Barakat has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Creative Director at Barakat Multimedia in 2009. In 2014, they took on a Sales Program role at XR Marketing Ltd. and then in 2016 became a Visual Designer at xSellco. In 2017, they were a Multimedia Graphic Designer at Accenture and a Lead Designer at Circit.io. From 2018 to 2020, they held the role of Creative Studio Lead and Motion Graphic Designer at Eagle Productivity Solutions, as well as Creative Director at Trinity College Dublin. Mariam is currently the Head of Creative at Circit.

Mariam Barakat completed a two-year Diploma in Tourism Management from Instituto de Educación La Antigua between 2005 and 2007. Mariam then went on to pursue a Media/Multimedia degree from ESCAV Escuela Superior de Comunicación Audiovisual, which they completed in 2009. In addition, Mariam Barakat has obtained three certifications from Lynda.com, including Developing Visual Campaigns (May 2017), After Effects Apprentice: 03 Advanced Animation (2017), and Design Thinking: Understanding the Process (2017).
