Customer Operations Team Lead at Circit

Niall McCormack has held several roles in the customer service and operations industry since 2005. Niall began their career as a Broker and Agency Support Agent at Permanent TSB. In 2012, they took on a role as a Call Center Support Representative at the Local Government Computer Services Board. Later that year, they became a Seminar Coordinator at the Law Society of Ireland, a role they held until 2013 when they were promoted to Seminar Coordinator and Procurement Assistant. In 2015, they worked as a Storehouse Assistant at the Guinness Storehouse and as a Tour Guide, Taster, and Staff Trainer at the Teeling Whiskey Company. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Team Leader at Abtran. In 2020, they moved to Accenture as a Customer Service Team Lead, and in 2021 they began working at Circit as a Customer Operations Specialist.

Niall McCormack obtained a BA in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin from 2006 to 2011. Following this, they completed a Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2011. Niall also attended Terenure College. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Build an Effective Conversational Support Team from Intercom, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Personal Development, and Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy.
